Veterans for Vets is happening today to Dynamic Discs Iron City and Dynamic Discs at Pinson Bicentennial Park. Fun little course and a great cause. 

• Recognize Chris Pierce as Course Pro for George Ward
• Work with Chris to prepare George Ward for league (fix damaged sleeves, clean up, etc)
• Work with Chris to finalize Gold Layout
• Plan work days with small groups and small tasks. Would allow weeknight projects and avoid having too many or not enough people
• Replace orange tape on silver baskets to improve visibility

• Planning the first DGB Tournament Series for April
• Remainder of club run events to be planned at the next board meeting

• Tags will be $25 this year
• $60 for all three leagues
• Additional fees (amount TBD) for paying with digital payment (Venmo, Cash App, etc.)
• Discussed Women’s League. (Reach out to Brian Moon if interested)
• Discussed Youth League / Clinic

• Working on getting new board members added to bank accounts
• Researching professional digital payment options for the club. Having league runners and TDs take digital payments to their personal accounts is problematic.
• Planning open club meetings quarterly. Tentative date for the first meeting is May 6th to be held at a course followed by a club round with possible prizes.

The outgoing board handed off to the new board last night. I want to thank the outgoing board for their service. Several of them put in four years of service for our club. They shared the lessons they learned during their tenure.

The new board had a small meeting afterward to mainly organize when and where we will meet next. We will be meeting again in a couple of weeks to get to work. We are excited to help the club and disc golf in the Birmingham area grow and prosper.
