PDGA membership in 2010 through DGB for $5 discount

DGB is participating for the 3rd year in the PDGA Affiliate Club Program in 2010.

Sign up via the PDGA store:

(for the $5 discount, be sure to look for the 'Affiliate Club' dropdown and select '10 Disc Golf Birmingham' as the club)

OR

simply print out the attached membership join/renewal form and submit your payment (cash, check, or MO made out to Jebb Long - $70 pros, $45 Ams, $20 Jrs) along with this form to a DGB officer who will get it to Jebb in order to join or renew PDGA membership in 2010 with the $5 discount.

Payment due through ACP (subtracting $5 from amount on form):
Ams $45
Pros $70
Juniors $20

fyi - as of this post I just renewed my PDGA membership online via the ACP and got the $5 discount. Be sure to select DGB in the affiliate club dropdown!
