Just want to get an idea on what everyone is shooting in trussville from am's to pro's, just trying to get an average for the course.
Myself, i my best round is 4 down counting everything as par 3.

a 60 has been my best round so far. After i got the hang i'd say my average is 61ish.
I think with concrete pads a top INT am will shoot right at 60 here. Just my feelings from the couple of guys i've played with.
Doubles there this Sunday! I think TK and I hold the soon to be bested doubles record with a -2 (hey...i was hungover...I don't want to talk about it).

My best was a 56 yesterday with Kris shooting a 60. And of course you shot a 51 TK, you're a beast

I watched Randy shoot a -6 today. That included a 4 on hole 7. He pulled off a 3 on hole 17 by throwing a turn over forehand from a tough lie.
Me, well, I have yet to break 60.
I've shot an even par 54 and a couple of 55's. Went into 15 at -5 one day, but blew up in the nasty woods. Almost hit a putt for a deuce on 15 last week, after throwing a sick roller to 60'!!

55 is my best.
I am usually averaging around 57-58. With a worst of 62. A true intermediate player will be playing HOT to shoot a 60.
Like mentioned in another thread, #5 is proably the closest par 4 that is a par 3. If that Poison Oak tree gets cut down, it will make it a really hard, and very good par 3.
Sure #18 is an easy three if you make it out of the gap. That is a big IF. I would still push it as a par 4. Being a lefty TK has the best chance of duecing it, but I would be hard pressed to call it a three.
I am keeping a 10 round average. I have a few more rounds to add to it. I think everyone should be keeping track of the their scores, it will give us a good idea of what par should be.

I shot a 55 today playing fairly safe. My drives were on but I left a lot of birdie putts out there. Three'd 17 and 18 so I was VERY happy about that (drive on 18 was just high enough to clear the crap on the left and land out in the open about 100ft from the pin)
