The first DGB Mini at Trussville's Civitan Park is in the books! We had 34 players come out to enjoy the unseasonably warm November Saturday. As always with DGB Mini events the focus was on getting more first time and casual players out to the events. We were thrilled to have 7 first time tournament players, over 20% of the field! We hope to see al of you back at future DGB events!

Most importantly we raised $77 for the Trussville course fund!

See the results!

The Athens bunch had a great time! I love the course, I cannot wait to get back to play it. The course is as good as any I have ever played, it has a good mixture of shots, enough length, and is in a beautiful setting. I have never seen a course with so many holes had a defined lefty & righty routes on nearly every hole. It was fun to see several options on nearly every tee. I can see that alot of hard work has gone into this course, keep it up with you get all the tees poured will have a course second to none.

Hope to see you all again soon.

Man...I enjoyed that so much Saturday. My home course from Illinois was very similar to that course. Made me feel like I was at home. I came in dead last, but I'll tell you I had one of the best times ever! Thanks so much DGB!

I don't think anyone was even able to get a good run at it. Tom's skip in 2 on 18 was pretty impressive though!

Or email them to me if you don't have a host, i can take care of it!
