Those that showed up or stuck around after the Trussville work day on Sunday got to see a bit of "instant karma" as Michael Davis got a little payback from the course he spent all morning working on. Michael took his bottom stamped Roc on a hyzer line and watched it sail into the basket of hole #13 to claim the $250 DGB ace pot!

The work day went great with a total of 10 people making it out. We were able to clean the fairways on holes 2, 3, 17 and 18 making drastic improvements. Thanks again to Joe T, TK, Viktor, Thomas M, Michael D, Jebb, James K, Richard B, Bill M, and Tom Monroe for making it out!

I don't know if you could make an ace (or even a 40 ft. putt for that matter) any more solidly. That ROC hit right at the orange mark on the pole and was never a question of whether it might fall out or anything. Michael deserved that one big time, he's never been anything but helpful to us duffers and he's all around a fun guy to golf with. Congrats on an awesome ace man...

No doubt about the Karma.
You would think that a guy that spends his whole day landscaping would know better than to show up for a day of course maintenance.
Instead, Michael grabbed a maddock when he first arrived and spent the whole morning digging up tree stumps on the fairways.
