Saturday afternoon's round at GW was disappointing to say the least. I know it wasn't any type of formal challenge round, but where are all the low numbers and when are you usually out at the courses? Poor Michael finished second and dropped from #14 all the way to #39. I finished third and ended up with #42. Bill Thornton took home Michael's #14. I don't remember how the rest of the guys (Jebb, Chris and Joe) finished. Post your tag # here.

P.S. If you know of a low number that has left the 'Ham, try to make a road trip and bring it back. :D

Also, Justin, is there a way to make an interactive board/spreadsheet where the standings can be posted so that any time tags change hands, anyone can update the ownership of tag numbers?

Wow. I was wondering the exact same thing today also. I cant figure out how to keep it updated but if we just sort of informally posted who has what number the active player would have an idea of where people stand.

I have to admit I gave a guy Chris in Huntsville the #9 tag. I currently have that crappy #39 you refered to .

I played like crap today and ended up with #82, but as stated all it needs to do is open beer :D

All kidding aside, I have witnessed some absolutely AMAZING disc golf this Summer http://dev.discgolfbirmingham.com/forums/images/icons/icon14.gif

I have #22, Come on up to Athens Saturday and try to get it from me at the TVT. Maybe Hunt and Chris J will put their single digit tags on the line as well.

Right now I've got #13. I throw pretty consistently with my group and we also have five or six crappy numbers- the lowest of the rest is 58 or something.

On another note, I found a disc at Trussville (towards the end of the course) that had no name and no number. If someone is missing a nice, easily describable disc, post a description of it and I'll try to get it back to you. Tom had it for about two weeks with no takers.

That's affirmative...I STILL have #7. Went from 7 to 8 to 36 (Thanks Justin) to 2 back to 7. What a long strange trip...

How about some of you guys bring those tags out of hiding this Sat @ 10AM? :)

Yeah, I think keeping up with anything outside the top 10 is logistically impossible.

And even inside the top 10 its pretty much not going to happen. I'll try my best to remember to post the top 10 as i know them after any bag tag event.

Here was the top 10 after the FTH event

1 - Joe Thacker
2 - Randy Fortenberry
3 - Tim Kieth
4 - Tom Monroe
5 - (not present - and to be honest i don't know who has it)
6 - Stuart Flynn
7 - Viktor Holmberg
8 - (not present either)
9 - Thomas McGarry
10 - Jeremy Drake

Heres a bag tag idea stolen from Huntsville.

Tom "Lefty" Neiman posted up about and Idea he and Gary Wolfe had about bagtags.

Basically, its a casual singles thing. Everyone shows up and you're grouped in foursomes based on the bagtag you have. $5 per person, and whoever "wins" your foursome wins the $20. I guess you could call it micro-handicapping. I guess we could do a full on tag redistribute at the end.
