I plan on cutting weeds Wed if its not raining on 17 and 18 from about 11:30 -1:30. Mainly just the stuff that has grown up since it was first cut. I'll be parked on that side of the course. If your free come on.

Thanks thomas, i started cutting on 18 monday but there is still alot.
If you could go cut on hole 2 down on the right side before the the bowl, it needs it worse than 17 or 18.

I thank those of you that have done course work but, keep in mind that some things need to stay the same. I think that hole one was fine and that cutting all the undergrowth on that tree sure did make tho hole easier. Some hazards are good and should be left alone:confused:

Bob I agree with you. I think only a few should make course layout/design changes, (probably those who initially designed it) the rest of us should just do clean-up and maintenance.

TK I cleared hole 2 up to the rocks today. I didnt know if you want ed more cleared, I like it being heavy from their to the bowl to make folks going for it pay for bad shots. But let me know what you think and I'll try to followup sometime.
#18 looks great.
Btw anyone with a weedeater with a blade attachment could do a lot of work quickly out there.

Hell yes Bob! I was wishing for some chemicals the entire time I was cutting. I think a good spray job now would keep things from coming back in the spring, but I am no gardener. By the way I only cut new growth that had come back after the first round of cutting. If you want help spraying I have a sprayer and would be happy to do so. I used pruning shears and it was slow going.
