so your maxes have sold out...but you still have most of your glow plastic...hmmm that sounds familiar....what are tls? Btw tell Carrie congrats on her shout out in the magazine in the womens national article. Leading a round at a major is big time and carries play has come so far this year. i hear the her steps creeping up on me but last sat i played my best round ever with 5 over on 24. I had a 4 on 5 and pared 6 with 1 bird on the front and 2 on the back. I felt like i could have only picked up 3 strokes from bad throws.

We only ordered 15 regular Champion Maxes out of 50 discs. The other 35 were Champ Glow FL's and Champ Glow TL's.
Carrie was SOOOO excited to see her name in the article. It almost brought a tear to my eye to see how excited she got. I can't believe she is finally playing after almost ten years of being around the sport!
I was teasing her how I've never been mentioned in the mag but she is playing for a few months and gets published!

Thank you to all who came out and braved the elements in the morning for the 1st YST event!! The afternoon round was alot better weather than the first.
71 players! Who knows how many folks were turned away by the morning rain...we had a great turn-out from Mobile!
We paid out 101% to the Ams and 138% for the Pros.
Matt Orum shoots an AMAZING 2nd round to win by two, making up a three stroke deficit from the first round leader Tim Keith.
Thanks to Alex Brown, Jeff Waters, Bill Thornton, Danny Newton, Michael Davis, Jason Brazzel, my lovely wife - Carrie and all the Wasted Birdie crew for getting the course ready for play and helping Solstice set up and break down. It is ALWAYS APPRECIATED more than you know!
Thanks to everyone who supports the YST and supported Solstice Disc Sports for this event and many more to come!! Special thanks to Mike Buchanan, Jason Miller and Paulie Bagwell who came from Ohio & Florida to play in this event!
Congrats to Nicki Douglas for whooping up on those fellas! Congrats to all the winners and DGB'ers who took some of that payout!
Thanks again to Jay & Emily Woodroof, who hosted the player's party Saturday evening!! It was a much needed stress reliever for me!
Full Results are HERE (http://www.pdga.com/tournament-results?TournID=8521&year=2008&include_ratings=1#Open).
