That is an automation function in photoshop for a quick web gallery.

I use a software called "Gallery 2" to do the DGB gallery. http://www.discgolfbirmingham.com/gallery/main.php

It's pretty nice, does automatic resizing and works with some printing websites to integrate for easy purchasing. Setup takes all of 10 minutes. You can configure accounts for people to allow uploading by different people (Jason, I'm setting you up next week when I get a minute!)

lol, I also use gallery2 but for quick presentation of a couple dozen pics or less this flash gallery is clean, simple and couldn't be much more intuitive.

I just hope they resolved that licensing issue. When CS3 came out there was some wording in the EULA that said any photos "cataloged" with that flash became property of Adobe. Sneaky lawyers...lol.
