I'm going to be out Wednesday ~5:30 p.m. (weather premitting) if anybody wants a shot at #7. I know when we played Sunday Randy and Viktor were going to try to make it Wednesday but i haven't spoken to them since then.
Anyone is welcome to come out and join in!

Simple really, I just beat Joe Thacker... Just kidding. Joe (aside from being the best golfer I've ever had the pleasure of playing with) is also a great sport. He told us before the round that he would relinquish his tag to whoever in our group of doubles participants hit the longest putt/approach. The front nine went by with no one hitting anything longer than 20ft. My drive on hole 10 left a lot to be desired putting me real short and over next to the fence. It was probably no more than 50 or 60 ft but I guess the little hip pop put enough zip on the ole super soft to jam it right in the side of the basket... after standing there really unsure of what to do, my super doubles partner Michael made a mad dash to the basket and pulled it out before it could squeeze its way back out. I told Joe that it really wasn't that great of a putt and I really didn't want to take the tag for such a lucky break but...it's #2. If anyone wants it they are welcome to it because goodness knows I don't deserve it. But anyone who wants #46, just challenge Joe... ;)

Great turn-out yesterday. Eight guys showed up for an exciting Bag Tag challenge. TK walked off with #2 (of course). And talk about strange coincidences, I ended up with the tag I drew at the beginning of it all, good ol' #6. Thanks to whomever gave it up. Not sure how the rest of the line-up shook out, but it was a fun afternoon. Thanks to all who showed up. See you guys next week sometime.

Well, I enjoyed the time I was able to spend with #2. It just didn't feel right on my bag. I dropped to #7 which is not bad considering that's around where I started out. I wish I could get out every afternoon like that.

Even though I went from #54 to #75 it was still fun and enjoyable. I played well for me and that's all I can ask for.
However I would like to say that it was all the International Astronomical Union's fault! Had they demotted Pluto from planetary status sooner my discs would have flown much straighter and closer to the basket. Oh well ya can't win'em all.
