I am attending this event, as well as the Jaskolka's. Karen wants to compete against Nicole Frazier.
Anyone interested in going?
I would leave early Friday morning, to get in a practice round at Idlewild. A course that will make the Golden George look like a walk in the park.
Am's are playing 1 round at Idlewild and 3 rounds at Banklick park, where breaking 60 is good in Advanced.
Post here if you want to come with. It definately makes travel and lodging cheaper.

May 6th and 7th.
Covington Ky, aka Cincinnatti light.
I plan so far on leaving early on Friday, and coming back late on Sunday. It is about a 6.5-7 hour drive.
Idlewild is worth it, even if we are only playing it once. TK would play it 3 times.
go to the PDGA tour page, look up the event click on it, and you will see the tournament website.
I have been making a lot of deposits in the DGBoW, 10 days in Tulsa is expensive in more then one way.:o

I'm definately interested in making the trip. Its just gonna be a matter of money. I think our finals will be that week, so I shouldn't have to worry about anything else.

Yep, that is the week of finals. I have one on Wednesday at 4:30. I might hit the course after the test since it will still be daylight.

Looking for a place to stay up there still.......
Anyone from Birmingham planning on going.
I do not know right now when I can leave for the event. It will either be early in the morning to practice the courses, or I will not be able to leave until 3pm on Friday.

I am hoping a lil' World Champ luck will filter through the air during the night.
I am sharing a hotel with Deano.
Sniff, I am feeling a bit sad about my last Non-Major Amateur tournament. :(
No more sand for me.

Bagger is your middle name.
You cannot be a sandbagger in the Open division. Unless your name is Tim Keith. LOL
