Hartselle TVT July 15 and Blast Fundraiser

July's TVT will return to Sparkman Park in Hartselle. It's very likely that lunch will be provided for a donation to next year's Rocket City Blast. After lunch, there will be a pick your partner doubles tournament. We hope to have 17 holes with permanant baskets. One hole will be a temp basket. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ATTEND BOTH EVENTS!!! We will be taking money for the TVT before lunch and the doubles event at lunch.

Sign ups at Pavilion 3 (by hole 7's tee pad). Check In: 8:30-9:30. Players meeting at 9:30, tee off immediately following.

All the usual Hartselle fun including: Fudge CTP's, MINI ring of fire, Tree Lover CTP, and possibly Queen of OB.

Rocket City Blast Fund Raiser

One round of doubles. Bring your own partner. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PARTNER ONE WILL BE PROVIDED!!! Scout's honor.

All Teams: 10 dollars
5 dollars goes to payout. 5 dollars goes to the Blast. Players will be divided into divisions but everybody will still pay the same amount. Tee off will be determined by the end of the TVT round, but the player's meeting will start no sooner than 1:00, the round will immediately follow.

We will either play 6 holes best shot, 6 holes alternate shot, and 6 holes best shot or depending on how many people show up and whether or not the permanants are in on the back 5, the super secret Hartselle Maroon Course. If we play the Maroon, it will be best shot only.

I'm headed up for this. Planning on leaving between 7:30 and 8:00. I plan on sticking around for lunch and playing doubles. Anyone else interested?

I'll keep you posted on whether or not I'll make the trip with you. It sounds like it might be fun. I'll also probably be playing a good bit this week (typically after 5). call me if you wanna catch a round.

All right here's what I've got going right now. It looks like the new holes won't be in. I've got 2 baskets. I need 3 more to play all 18 holes.

CTP's Etc:
We will be giving away 3 pounds of fudge from the Hartselle Fudge Shop as CTP's. Post if you want me to pick out the fudge or if you want gift certificates (the shop is open on Saturdays). (that's 6 CTP's)

The Tree lover CTP will be on 11 again. I'm not telling the prize.

I will have a bouquet of flowers available as a CTP on one of the shorter holes. It will be available for anyone who is A. Female or B. Angered there spouse or significant other by showing up.

Other holes will be various discs. We will have at least one MINI ring of fire.

We do have trophies for Women, Pro Open, Advanced, and AM men.

I'm in for this tourny. Will be bringing Taylor and my oldest daughter. She has been looking for something competitive since her college basketball career is over. Looking forward to playing Hartselle again.
